Avocado Egg Rolls With Cilantro Dipping Sauce - Low Fat Low Cholesterol
This recipes is the version of home cooked of the dish widely served in restaurant, both
easy and cheap it is known for its health benefits. Indeed Avocados contain
more potassium than bananas, and heaps of vitamins, it is also one of the best
vegetables to reduce blood pressure, heart-related diseases and its healthy
fats reduce cholesterol.
Ingredients:
- -3 Peeled avocados
- -4 cilantro leaves
- -2 garlic cloves
- -3 tbs of sour cream
- -lime juice
- -low fat mayonnaise
- -1 diced tomato and 1 diced red onion
- -Salt and pepper
- -1 diced jalapeno
Instructions:
1. Mix in a
dish: jalapenos, 2 tbs of mayonnaise, 3 tbs of sour cream, 1 cup of olive oil, , garlic , salt and
pepper
2. Mash the
peeled avocados, tomatoes and red onion and add in to the mixture,
3. Dispose the
mixture in the wrappers and roll it
4. Put it in the
oven at medium heat for about 10 to 12 minutes until it becomes crispy.
