Healthy Weight Loss Recipe – Broccoli and Feta Omelet
This very easy
and healthy weight loss recipe is the best way to start your healthy morning,
this weight loss recipe takes only 15 minutes to prepare and will give you an
energy boost for the whole morning.
The broccoli is a great fat burning ingredients, it contains
a lot of fiber and keeps your low calories diet on the track, the eggs will
provide the necessary proteins to build your muscles and will help you avoid
the late morning cravings.
Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 cup of chopped broccoli
- 2 organic eggs
- 3 tbs of low calories feta cheese
- 1/4 tbsp of dried dill (or other spices)
- 2 slices of black bread (full of vitamins and less fat than normal bread)
Preparation
In a large skillet
add broccoli with extra virgin olive oil and cook at medium heat for 3 minutes
Mix eggs and feta in a bowl and add dill, Add the mixture to
the broccoli and cook an extra 4 minutes
