Meatloaf, Turkey and Quinoa Recipe Weight Loss Recipes


I tried a few turkey meatloaf recipes but it was usually lacking flavor and texture, this new version of the recipe is surprisingly good and you will hardly make the difference between a proper beef meatloaf and this one. On the top of that this meatloaf recipe has much less calories and will add some taste to your weight loss recipes.

Ingredients:

  1. 40 grams of Quinoa
  2. half a cup of water
  3. 1 tbs of olive oil
  4. 2 Small onions
  5. Tomato paste
  6. 300 Grams of wild turkey
  7. Black pepper
  8. 1 egg

Tomato paste

Instructions:

  • Boil the water and quinoa in a pan over medium heat until the quinoa has absorbed all the water (15 to 20 minutes)
  • Cook onions in olive oil in a skillet
  • Cook the turkey with quinoa, tomato paste, egg and salt in a large bowl for 10 minutes and shape it in the form of a bowl
  • Preheat your oven at 350 degrees and bake the mixture for 45 minutes. Then let the meatloaf cool for 10 minutes.
