Meatloaf, Turkey and Quinoa Recipe Weight Loss Recipes
I tried a few turkey meatloaf recipes but it was
usually lacking flavor and texture, this new version of the recipe is
surprisingly good and you will hardly make the difference between a proper beef
meatloaf and this one. On the top of that this meatloaf recipe has much less
calories and will add some taste to your weight loss recipes.
Ingredients:
- 40 grams of Quinoa
- half a cup of water
- 1 tbs of olive oil
- 2 Small onions
- Tomato paste
- 300 Grams of wild turkey
- Black pepper
- 1 egg
Instructions:
- Boil the water and quinoa in a pan over medium heat until the quinoa has absorbed all the water (15 to 20 minutes)
- Cook onions in olive oil in a skillet
- Cook the turkey with quinoa, tomato paste, egg and salt in a large bowl for 10 minutes and shape it in the form of a bowl
- Preheat your oven at 350 degrees and bake the mixture for 45 minutes. Then let the meatloaf cool for 10 minutes.
